Four knobs to narrow the band, remove the hiss and kill the whistles. The spectrum shows at once what you are cutting.
The module puts all the receive audio processing on one front: tone cuts, noise reduction, noise blanker, notch and AGC. Every knob and key moves the same settings as the panel's keys and sheets, so no two settings fight each other.
The screen draws the passband sent to the receiver, the cuts applied here and the spectrum of what comes out of the speaker, from 0 to 4 kHz. BYPASS drops the local processing in one go so you can hear the difference; NB and a KiwiSDR's AGC run on the receiver and stay on.
The controls

- LOW CUT
- Removes the rumble under the voice, up to 1 kHz.
- HIGH CUT
- Removes the hiss above the voice, from 5 down to 1.5 kHz.
- NOISE RED.

- Moves the filter that kills a steady whistle.
- NR · NB · ANF
- Noise reduction, noise blanker and automatic notch.
- AGC
- Fast 0.2 s, medium 0.5 s, slow 1 s, or off.
- BYPASS
- Drops all local processing so you hear the difference.
