Terms of use

The app

Etere.AI is provided as it is. It relies on receivers, reflectors, nodes, servers and channels run by third parties, which can change, fill up or disappear at any time. We cannot guarantee that a given station or network is always available.

Radio rules

You are responsible for using Etere.AI within the radio and telecommunication laws of your country. Transmitting on amateur radio networks such as M17 and AllStarLink requires an amateur radio licence: use only your own callsign and follow the rules of each reflector and node.

In some countries listening to certain services, or sharing what you hear, is restricted. Check the rules where you are.

Third-party services

Zello, AllStarLink, Mumble servers and Mistral AI are independent services with their own terms, which apply when you use them through Etere.AI.

Purchases

Etere.AI, its modules and the operator credits are distributed through the App Store. Purchases, refunds and the licence to use the app follow Apple's terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Credits are used up one per question to the AI operator, do not expire and belong to the anonymous code in your iCloud Keychain: if that code is erased, the credits left cannot be recovered.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damage arising from the use of the app or of third-party services reached through it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country.
