The short version

The Talky app does not use browser cookies. The Talky pages on andreapiani.com set no cookies and load no analytics, advertising or social media scripts.

In the app (iPhone and iPad)

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. The AdMob software stores on your device the choice you make in Google's consent form and the identifiers it needs to serve ads. The advertising identifier of your device is read only if you allow it in Apple's tracking prompt. Firebase, which sends anonymous statistics and crash reports, keeps an anonymous identifier of the app installation. What these services receive, and how to change your choice, is in the privacy policy.

The Mac app has no ads and no statistics, and stores nothing of this kind.

The presentation page

The page walkie-talky.vercel.app sets no cookies. It keeps a single key in your browser's local storage, talky_consent_v1, to remember the choice you make in its banner so it is not shown at every visit. The hosting provider, Vercel, sees your IP address like any website.

How to remove them

In the app, change your ad choice from Settings, Manage privacy preferences, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. In the browser, clear the site data of walkie-talky.vercel.app.
