The camera shows nothing? The app needs camera permission: iOS Settings → QR Scanner → Camera. You can also decode a code from a picture with "Import from Photos".
A code isn't recognised? Hold the phone steady about 15–20 cm away, make sure the code is fully inside the frame and well lit — the torch button helps in the dark.
Where is my history? In the History tab. If it's empty, check that "Save scans to history" is on in Settings → Scanning.
Remove the ads: Settings → Remove Ads → "Pay once, remove ads forever". It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Restore your purchase: Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Ad-free for an hour, for free: Settings → Watch a Video.
Change your advertising consent (EU/UK): Settings → Manage Privacy Choices.

La fotocamera non mostra nulla? L'app ha bisogno del permesso fotocamera: Impostazioni iOS → QR Scanner → Fotocamera. In alternativa puoi decodificare un codice da un'immagine con "Importa da Foto".
Un codice non viene riconosciuto? Tieni il telefono fermo a circa 15–20 cm, assicurati che il codice sia tutto dentro l'inquadratura e ben illuminato — il pulsante torcia aiuta al buio.
Dov'è la cronologia? Nella scheda Cronologia. Se è vuota, verifica che "Salva scansioni nella cronologia" sia attivo in Impostazioni → Scansione.
Togliere la pubblicità: Impostazioni → Rimuovi pubblicità → "Paga una volta, togli la pubblicità per sempre". È un acquisto una tantum, non un abbonamento: non si rinnova e non c'è nulla da disdire.
Ripristinare l'acquisto: Impostazioni → Ripristina acquisti, con lo stesso ID Apple usato per comprarlo.
Un'ora senza pubblicità, gratis: Impostazioni → Guarda un video.
Cambiare il consenso pubblicitario (UE/UK): Impostazioni → Gestisci scelte privacy.
